10x10!
A QUIET BOARD WITH SHRINKING SPACE
On the blank square board of 10x10!, every placed shape changes the room available for the pieces that follow. There is no timer, so the puzzle waits while you examine the layout and decide where the next block belongs. The pressure comes from space rather than speed. A shape that cannot fit anywhere ends the round, making wide openings and usable gaps important throughout a run.
Complete Lines Release Occupied Cells
The pieces are little squares into bulky forms. Clearing a whole horizontal row or vertical column clears that line up, freeing up cells for more placements and letting you extend your score. Packing pieces closely can support those clears, but the outline of the remaining space matters too. A narrow gap may leave empty cells that a later bulky shape cannot use, so compare possible placements before committing.
Move Shapes From the Lower Area
Use your mouse to drag a piece from beneath the board into a free area that accommodates its shape. Before setting the outline, look at the whole thing, including any corners that would break an otherwise open piece. After placements, new pieces are added, giving you more chances to increase your score. In 10x10!, preserving broad areas helps accommodate awkward layouts while you work toward another complete line.
ROOM FOR ANOTHER PIECE
A longer run depends on balancing immediate line clears with the space needed afterward. Check both rows and columns, and consider whether a placement leaves useful openings for larger blocks.
Your posted total also provides a score for friends to challenge. Reserve a wide landing area in 10x10! so the next bulky shape has somewhere to go.
